Volunteer/DIBS
Families are required to complete a certain number of volunteer hours (DIBS) each year. There are also roles within AAHA that fulfill DIBS requirements (coaches, locker room monitors, and team managers).
For the 2025-2026 season, each player needs to have 6 DIBS completed for travel teams and 3 for Mites. Families with multiple skaters will only be required to complete hours for the oldest skater.
DIBS hours can be fulfilled through a variety of ways. Many families will fulfill their DIBS through the AAHA/Freeze home tournaments with duties set by our Tournament Committee.

Committees
Many hands make for light work. Everything from organizing tournaments, setting up fundraising activities, and evangelizing AAHA/Freeze through social media takes time. We're always accepting family members to help in whatever capacity they can offer. If you're interested in helping please reach out to one of our board members.
